Hullu Poro Ltd follows the conditions for bookings and cancellations mentioned below.
With groups (minimum 5 rooms) we follow separate terms for groups.
Booking and payment
After booking Hullu Poro Ltd sends the deposit and the final invoice to the client.
The deposit is 30% of the total amount. The booking is definite after the deposit
is paid by the due date.
IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE, WE RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING.
The final invoice’s due date is four (4) weeks before arrival. If the booking is made
later than six (6) weeks before arrival, separate invoice for the deposit will not be sent,
the whole amount of the booking will be invoiced on the final invoice.
THE ACCOMMODATION BOOKED WILL BE AT CLIENT’S DISPOSAL
FROM 16:00 ON THE ARRIVAL DATE TILL 11:00 ON THE DEPARTURE DATE.
Cancellation
Cancellation has always to be done in writing to the address mentioned below or by
e-mail: hullu.poro@levi.fi or by fax to the number +358-16-641 568. The cancellation
will take effect from the day when the written notification has arrived to Hullu Poro Ltd.
If the written notification has arrived
- more than four (4) weeks prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit reduced with
the service fee of 40 €
- not later than two (2) weeks prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the accommodation costs
- less than two (2) weeks prior to arrival, total amount will be charged
HULLU PORO LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING
Owing to force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
In that case all the money paid will be refunded to the client.
IN CASE OF HULLU PORO LTD HAS NOT RECEIVED ALL THE PAYMENTS BY DUE DATE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AUTOMATICALLY.
